It's beautiful here. We live right next to the ocean so there are lots of beaches to go to. There are many things to do here. Lots of different cultures to experience. It's the best place to live.

Well, let her know it's a great place. Lots of bus transportation, great schools, etc. Just let her know that rent does reflect your view. Meaning you are paying for the view.
